At Joe Brown's we pride ourselves on our fitting service. We feel that trying on a range of different models and sizes is the key togetting the best fit. Also, some fell running shoes will suit a given distance or terrain better than another - talking to a member of staff will help get the shoe and fit that suits you best.

If you let us know in advance we can ensure that we have stock ofthe models and sizes that you wish to try on and that a member of staffwill be free to give you this specialist service. A shoe fitting cantake anywhere between 20 minutes to 1 hour (but it has been known to go on for even longer!).

We will accept returns if they do not fit, but will always charge carriage for sending out a replacement pair.
