At Joe Brown's we pride ourselves on our boot fitting service. We feel that trying on a range of different models and sizes is the key to getting the best fit; furthermore, advice from our members of staff, who are all experienced walkers and/or climbers themselves, will help you find a boot that fits the intended use.

If you let us know in advance we can ensure that we have stock of the models and sizes that you wish to try on and that a member of staff will be free to give you this specialist service. A boot fitting can take anywhere between 20 minutes to 1 hour (it has been known to go on for even longer!).

We will accept returns if they do not fit, but will always charge carriage for sending out a replacement pair.
