All goods will be charged in UK sterling (GBP) and include taxation (VAT) where applicable.

Please note that when you place your order in the on-line shop there will be a standard default postage of £20.00 (Zone 2) or £30.00 (Zone 3) displayed. When we have picked, packed and weighed your order we will calculate the correct postage and inform you by e-mail if it is different. You will have the option to change or cancel your order at this time if you are unhappy with the shipping costs without any penalty.
4. Delivery
Delivery time to overseas destinations will vary depending on where the delivery destination is, but for all our EU destinations we use a track-able service that requires a signature on delivery. In the event that your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. All orders will be shipped as one complete delivery and must be sent to an address where a signature can be given.
Please note that our 24hr delivery service is not available for delivery outside of the UK.

All orders taken by our staff will be entered onto our system and shipped on conformation of cleared funds.
6. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return new and unused with any original tags attached within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding carriage charges. No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after the invoice date. We regret that we cannot give refunds for any carriage charges incurred on returning items to us.
If you wish to return items please supply full contact details. Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us on delivery.
