There are a few exceptions. We cant offer discount on anything that is already on a special offer or reduced for sale, and we don't discount books, maps, batteries or food items.

To claim your discount in the shops you will need your forces ID, we regret that without ID discount will not be granted.

To claim your forces discount on line you will first need to register on the web site using your forces ID. To do this just add your forces ID number to the 4th field, this is the field where you have the option to "name" the given address for future reference. If you have already registered using your ID on our previous web site you do not need to re-register, your details will be valid for this site too.

When you go to the checkout with your basket of goods, type in the following reference "AF0001". This should be added under the "Message for Delivery" option. You will see this under the "Payment & Shipping Options" at Checkout before you pay.

When we receive your order at the shop we will retrospectively apply your discounts where applicable and amend your payment so that you will be charged correctly. We are sorry that this can not be done at the checkout as we need to verify the transaction first.

Most orders shipped within the UK are post free, any exceptions are noted within the web shop.

One final point to note. We can ship to BFPO addresses, but any parcel shipping to an operational area must be below 2Kg.
