UK standard deliveries are post free for orders over £30.00.
A postage and packaging fee of £3.00 is charged for any UK orders under £30.00

Next (Working) Day Delivery
If you wish to receive your order on the next working day (Monday - Friday only. Weekends are not classed as working days with any of our carriers), then we will charge an extra £5.00. This option is available at the Shipping options section of the check out. All orders must be placed before 10.30am to be eligible for the Next Working Day delivery option, although we will do our best to include any orders placed after the cut off time. The couriers will deliver to home, or work addresses, but do add a disclaimer, suggesting that while unlikely, delivery could occur at any time of the day, until 9pm.
Please note that for deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, while we will endevour to ship next day orders by the fastest service possible, we have been unable to get a guarantee from our carriers that it will actually be a next day delivery. We will always do our best.
We aim to dispatch "in stock" orders within 24 hours.
If we are ever out of stock of an item and cannot supply within a few days we will e-mail or phone you giving the option to cancel your order, wait, or accept an alternative.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a set time unless we use one of the Post Office or Carriers Special Delivery services, for which we will charge. These services are normally very expensive.
Royal Mail parcel post typically takes 3 working days (90%), as does second class letter post (98%). Over 90% of first class letters are delivered the next working day. For more information see www.postwatch.co.uk
All items are advertised subject to availability.
We are a small retailer, and while we do have a modern EPOS system mistakes can still happen. Inevitably we may therefore occasionally sell out of an item that is still on the website as in stock.
If we have sold out of an item we cannot always repeat, or supply future stock at the same price.
If it ever happens we will inform you by e-mail or phone of the availability and price before dispatching the goods, and give you the option of canceling your order or considering an alternative. Even though your card has to go through an authorisation for payment when you place your order, your account is not actually charged until the goods are dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE! : Whilst we are happy to try and resolve any issues relating to faulty products sent back to us, we must insist that under Health & Safety guidelines all such returns are CLEAN, this includes the soles of any footwear returned. Items that are received in a smelly, dirty, or damp state will not be dealt with and will be simply returned to the sender. Any additional postage costs arising out of such returns will have to be met by the customer.
